DocQuest ("we", "us", "our") provides a student learning and test preparation app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Account data: name, username, email address, phone number, city/state.
Profile data: avatar image (optional).
Learning data: test attempts, answers, scores, time spent, analytics.
Device/app data: device identifiers, app version, crash/diagnostic logs.

How We Use Your Information

Provide the DocQuest service and personalize learning.
Show progress, performance analytics, and test history.
Send essential service emails (verification, account updates).
Improve security, detect abuse, and debug issues.

Payments

Payments for digital content and subscriptions on Android are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing, in compliance with Google Play policies. We do not store your card or bank details.

Permissions

Camera access is used only for uploading a profile avatar. You can deny access and still use the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers:

Payment processors (Google Play Billing).
Hosting and storage providers.
Email delivery services for verification and notifications.

Data Retention

We keep your account and learning data while your account is active. We may retain certain records (such as transaction history) for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion in the app or via our public deletion page: /delete-account.html.

Upon deletion, personal data will be permanently removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

Children’s Privacy

DocQuest is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
